In short

  • VIP lets you watch every series on DramaShow, with no coins needed, for as long as your plan is active.
  • VIP renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel.
  • To stop renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Cancel in Google Play, in your iPhone settings, or on our website. You keep VIP until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If the price changes, we tell you in advance, and you can cancel before you pay the new price.

What VIP gives you

While your VIP plan is active, you get:

  • unlimited access to every series on DramaShow, with no coins needed;
  • 1080p video when your connection allows it;
  • bonus coins each period, in the amount shown when you buy.

The bonus coins work like all bonus coins and are spent first. Because you paid for them with your plan, they never expire. See our Terms of Use for how coins work.

VIP is for you and the profiles in your account. Which series are available can change, and can be different in different countries.

Plans and prices

We may offer weekly, monthly or yearly plans. The plans, prices and bonus coins on offer are shown in the app or on the website before you buy.

  • The price you pay is the one shown when you buy, for the period shown when you buy.
  • Prices can be different in different countries and stores.
  • If a price is shown in your local currency, it is for your information. The store or payment company shows the final amount, including any taxes, before you pay.

Free trials and introductory offers

We may sometimes offer a free trial or a lower price for a first period. If we do, the length, the price after the offer ends, and the date it ends are shown before you buy.

  • When the trial or offer ends, your plan renews automatically at the normal price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • If you buy a plan during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends.

Automatic renewal

Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel.

  • Google Play and App Store: your store account is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Website: your payment method is charged at the start of each new period. To avoid the next charge, turn off automatic renewal before the period ends.

If a renewal payment fails, Google, Apple or our payment company may try again for a short time. If the payment can't be taken, your VIP ends.

How to cancel

Cancel where you bought VIP.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Choose DramaShow and tap Cancel subscription.

Or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

iPhone (App Store)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose DramaShow and tap Cancel Subscription.

Or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Website

  1. Sign in on dramashow.com.
  2. Go to Profile → Membership.
  3. Turn off auto-renew.

You can cancel online at any time. You don't need to call or write to us. If you have trouble, contact us on our contact page and we will cancel it for you.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. You must cancel it in the store. Website subscriptions are cancelled automatically when you delete your account.

What happens when you cancel

  • You keep VIP until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • After that, your plan doesn't renew and you are not charged again.
  • Episodes you unlocked with coins stay unlocked. Locked episodes you watched only with VIP need coins or VIP again.
  • Bonus coins you already received are yours to keep.

Price changes

We may change the price of VIP. If we do:

  • we, Google or Apple tell you in advance, as store rules and the law require;
  • the new price applies only from your next renewal after the notice;
  • you can cancel before the new price applies. Where the store or the law requires it, your plan renews at the new price only if you agree.

VIP on more than one device

VIP belongs to the DramaShow account you used to buy it. Sign in with the same account to use VIP on your other devices. If you bought VIP as a guest without an account, it is linked to that guest identity. Create an account to keep it safe.

Refunds and your right to withdraw

App purchases are refunded under Google's or Apple's rules. Website purchases are refunded under our rules. If you live in the European Union or the UK, read about your right to withdraw. All of this is in our Refund Policy.

If a VIP purchase is refunded, the rest of that VIP period ends. Bonus coins you already received are yours to keep.

These terms are part of our Terms of Use. They do not limit your rights under consumer law in your country.
