Arya has to be believable both as the pack's least considered member and as the person who was always going to win. That is a harder brief than it reads, and it is carried almost entirely in posture.
The supporting pack
Watch the second-tier wolves in the early episodes. The show is unusually careful about giving each of them one clear want, which is why the later betrayals land instead of merely happening.
