EP.12 · The Rightful Place

About this drama

Amelia, a dedicated pediatric nurse, guards a painful family secret while navigating the complexities of raising her young niece, Lily. Her quiet life in their cherished apartment building is upended when a custody hearing threatens to separate them, exposing an old promise made under duress. Complicating matters is Leo, the charming and warm-hearted owner of their building, whose family history is deeply intertwined with the very fabric of their community. As Amelia fights to protect her niece, she finds herself drawn into an unexpected alliance with Leo, whose own family’s claim to the building is threatened by a looming development. Together, they must confront their pasts and redefine what family truly means, learning that belonging is not always inherited, but often chosen and fiercely earned.
