EP.32 · Midnight Heir

About this drama

Dr. Elara Vance, a driven emergency-room resident, is blindsided by the news that a substantial inheritance, tied to a family she never knew, will expire in thirty days if unclaimed. The catch? She must travel across three borders on the opulent 'Orient Express'-esque night train, tracing the footsteps of a past deliberately kept from her. On board, she encounters Liam Thorne, a formidable and enigmatic rival who seems to know more about her lineage and the inheritance's dark secrets than she does. Their journey quickly devolves into a high-stakes cat-and-mouse game, where every elegant passenger could be an ally or an enemy, and the truth about her family's legacy is intertwined with a dangerous, slow-burn attraction. As the clock ticks down, Elara must navigate betrayal and uncover hidden identities, all while confronting a burgeoning connection with the man who might be her greatest obstacle, or her only hope, for a hopeful future.
